Verses

Flowers sprouting in the lungs
Of a white haired, full flare buck
Rearing its head, antlers and all
All these words on the tip of my tongue
Carnations bleed with romantic verses
Swimmingly well versed they are
Wrapping their pretty green roots around my veins
Wishing to release these curses
Obsidian blades stabbing the buck in the rear
As it gallops its way to the clearing
It trots away with a click and a neigh
Takes the words farther into the woods I dare not near
Arrows bleeding from its biceps
Spilling fragments of scarlet in the snow
Leaving me dying with this Amebedo of a hurricane
Tearing its way in this body
Ripping the petals of my feelings to shreds
Scattered deep in my lungs
Rest the dead flowers of words you reap
Now I'll follow that buck I suppose
Till I catch it
Look it in the eye
Watch it die with pain and suffering
Then let the words bleed out and the flowers stay wilted
As I am lost in the chaos; winter woods of what you have done
