THE VIBE I SEND

I am going to deliberate white things

angelic thoughts

and I will not cross the path to the darkness

for in my shelter I have invited God

and in this poem I will profess His energy.

What does a slice of toast

covered in grape jam

have anything to do with today?

The pouring of the coffee

starts a brand new day for me

and its symbiotic message is here.

This is such a beautiful planet

with endless emotions

a sea frothing in life and abundance

as clever or unclear

as we can all possibly be- I see

there is nothing more beautiful

than a person of Light.

So, I drink to you ‘today’

and deliberate my offerings

binding and healing those in suffrage

glistening now by poetry

meant for the hidden shadows of pain.

I have an angel by my side

who works as feverishly as I do

and keeps me from drowning sometimes.

Why I don’t buy the brand coffee

should tell you

that I am rather a simple guy.

I am going to deliberate healing you today

and so the vibe I send …
