VOICE OF AN ANGEL

VOICE OF AN ANGEL

I envision her parted lips

calling my name

So gentle her words

As it skips across heavens domain

The ear of my heart clinging

To each breath of her whisper

That muffles the sound

Of my failures and blunders

In this distant world

Where fear persist

A graveyard, where thoughts are buried

And there is no desire to reminisce

Her voice of compassion

Penetrates my fallen state

Healing my broken heart

As her love captures

My wondering spirit
