Walking in the Stars

Walking in the Stars

‘Look up at the stars and not down at your feet’
Words spoken by one who saw the meaning and beauty of the Universe and  spoke to the world through another voice yet spoke a language we could all understand
God speed  Stephen Hawking may you discover your own God

A simple , personal tribute to a great mind of our time.

Hi Keiran,
I know what you mean about science ..Particle Physics  was never my forte! but  together with Prof Brian Cox they somehow made science  a living subject for most to understand...a little bit ! ..so pleased you enjoyed the tribute. Thanks ! xx

Hi Lodigiana, I am from a family of scientists and he was a hero to us. That unbelievably rare spark of true genius. Wonderful tribute.

Hi Nigel, I really feel that we have lost someone whose name will be revered long after we have gone..a day of very mixed emotions...sorry to lose a brilliant mind but hopeful that his belief in an afterlife was incorrect and he is now  unshackled and finally liberated.Thank you so very much for passing by, reading and  commenting, I genuinely appreciate it xx

A True genius, I hope he finds peace, for his life was a full, if hard one.
A brilliant thinker and a fitting tribute, well written
Enjoyed the read

Thank you so much John. He certainly  was a brilliant and extraordinary man..a veritable Oracle ! He managed to give science an interesting edge which hopefully will resonate with our younger generation- I have to admit  to not having read 'A Brief History of Time' but I am tempted now to do so - Thanks again for passing by and kindly commenting
