Wanting

Wanting

Would you mind if I said that I want you
So badly I think I might die
Or if I asked you to kiss me
So deeply you become part of my skin
How about loving me until we die
Because I need you every day I’m alive
Can you let me keep you close
Like holy water to cleanse my soul
Before we are sinners yet again
Can you absolve me so I can see god?
