War Cries Echo

War cries echo in the time we cry
Yelling murder and tears are molten

Aglow and dripping with such sorrow

Nourishing the land in a perfect flood
Bones of us, spirits of all
Danced brave, fire and blood
Warriors unto sage chiefs send flame
Cross the rivers reddened by war
Cry no more
Hear the echoes of the old ones
Back when they never knew the thunder of guns
Only the thunder of crying skies
Raining upon the Apache
Raining upon the White Eyes

War cries echo in the time...
