Watching The Girl
Eighty-Four Pins is my first collection of Poetry available now! Order on www.amazon.co.uk

The sun kissed her body,
Succulent, tender and brown,
It blew up and down,
Like a lover, it held her close,
She felt overdosed,
Suffocated in the taste,
A thirst that longed to be quenched,
As she lay on the sand,
With only a hat for cover,
As the sun kept her warm,
Like a lover,
As the oil dripped off her skin,
As her eyes navigated to the tender flesh,
The stripped down bodies of the young men,
That paraded in front of her,
The young men ready for a day on the beach,
She salivated,
As she poured herself into yet another blue cocktail,
The straw gripped her lower lip,
As she slipped into yet another fantasy,
She lay down and hid behind her sunglasses,
As the sun caressed her cheek with one slip,
I remember the look upon her face,
I remember the smile that lingered,
Left an imprint upon her cheek,
With just one look she left me weak,
For I was not far away,
Watching the whole damn thing,
Watching the girl,
Watching the boys,
I remember she never noticed me,
I remember she never noticed anything.
