Embrace it. Those two.little words say it all I reckon. There is a school of thought that says to change our mood we must change the way we think. I have found this advice not only to be untrue but unattainable. Thoughts grow in our head... emotions grow in a place not accessible to any of us I fear. To embrace and accept the foe, in the moment, is a little step towards healing
