We Are Not Alone
Inspired by Tony Taylor’s powerful poem, “Wisdom Of The Cosmos”
.
I gaze upon the closest star
Peering into history
For it’s light took two millenniums
To reach down here to me
.
What secrets do the Heavens hold
How many Galaxies lie beyond
In the skies that reach infinity
Will Mankind and ETs bond
.
For to think we are the only life
In this Universe so vast
Is totally preposterous
Like ideas from centuries past
.
I believe ten thousand years ago
We had visitors from Outer Space
Who secretly watch over us
Intrigued by the Human Race
.
We are not alone
The Universe holds secrets
Known only to Souls

YESSSS!!!!.....dear poet brother!!....I LOVE that you were inspired to write this because of something I wrote......I am TOTALLY in agreement with you here.... in fact , I believe that we have a LONG history that has been hidden from us......and that has to do with the fact that aliens and human beings have been integral parts of one another's history and growth in this Universe for many, many, centuries...... we should talk about this some time...... going back to and beyond Sumerian civilization and the Anunnaki........LOVE this write my friend...... Another spellbinding comment, from my dearest friend. I have always believed in the same things you have just written about. I am anxious to check out the Sumerian civilization, and the Anunnaki, your never-ending expertise on so many subjects, again enlightening me. There will come a day, hopefully soon, when we will sit across from one another, and trade knowledge garnered from our life experiences.
