We Race Around

We race around the track,

not knowing that coming to terms with death is a fact.

As we race around,

we can feel our heart within us pound.

All the fans are delighted,

and as the cars near the finish line they become really excited.

For someone has a trophy won,

and they reached the goal they had before the race even begun.
