what if i told you..

What if I told you that light was night and dark was day?
That we are being told to believe its not, what would you say?,
We are lead to believe that sunrise is the morning,
But think what if its the moon that brings the dawn in?

What if I told you that history is revised and religion a story ?
carefully filtered then twisted to give a hope,  or false glory,
Dressed up as conquests, yet hatred and control in diguse,
people blindly following, seeking answers from the fake wise.

What if I told you that drugs aren't really all the seem?
That most medication is a way to supress you, and your dreams,
A way to make you feel like you don't belong,
to keep you from seeing all of their wrong..

What if I told you that the internet wasn't real?
That its just a tool to tell you what to buy and how to feel.
A way to make people conform, to control the mindless masses,
Like we do with our children by forcing them to government run classes.

What if I told you, from a book not all is taught?
due to lack of real education the wars and battles are faught,
We are programmed, spoon fed what to believe
If we differ, we are forced out, made to leave.

What if I told you that your feelings are just passing souls?
and you need to accept them to achieve your own goal,
What if I told you that you are already dead?
this reality that you live is all made up in your own head??
