What is happiness……?

What is happiness……?
 
Is it an illusion or a delusion.
 
It's transversing one hell for another. Hoping it would be better.
 
For what fresh hell is this that happiness may exist.
Happiness is just a concept, not reality.
It's chemistry not feelings.
 
We strive for happiness, but settling for the empty void called life.
 
For such things are intangible. For this an unforeseeable illusion.
 
To believe in happiness one must be delusional.
 
For in life there's no guarantee of happiness. But there is always a guarantee of pain, suffering and fear.
 
Is happiness an illusion or a delusion. Thus a question only you can answer.
