Poem -
What lives inside us..???
When you feel true pain..
pain from the heart..
it's like no other..
It starts as a grimace..
where you try to hold
your mouth together..
then you feel a stabbing
in your throat..
and you cant control..
what emotions come out..
it just gets bigger ...
the hole..the whole...
gets bigger..Â

Being me..bless you, that's the whole point of poetry...I love people to comment but it's not necessary for me....this happened in a supermarket car park and I had to write it down...ixxx what lives inside us...? anything can take me straight back to an moment without control.....we hold everything inside...but sometimes it cuts it's way straight out of the flesh....
you must know what I mean...
we are all so busy busy in our daily lives..
sometimes I just let it all out..
