Mystified.

Mystified by the light
any amount of darkness now, becomes an avenue
A walk, or stroll

I take with faith embedded in my heart

He gave me wings
I crumpled them, folded beneath the weight

Yet managed to fly'
         Like an eagle,

With a view I'd
never seen, my eyes
A deeper sence of what looks like love

My heart a ring of fire

A fierce dove,

Homing to his particular ways, the calling of sweet dreams and star filled skies

Where many moons have kissed the sun

For embracing moments in time,

I will always declare to him, such a love
As mine.
