What Maketh A Man

What Maketh A Man

A complexity of the following:

Heapings of strength;
Mind, body, & soul.

A dollop of patience
In order to grow.

A spoonful of perseverance,
Adversity he shall know.

Handfuls of gentleness
To balance the brew.

A mustard seed of Faith,
For firm foundations anew

A pinch of pride
For God to smile.

And a smidgen of selflessness
To make him worthwhile.

Piece them together,
Deep within thy heart.
Bound with Omnipotence
N'er to part.

That, is what maketh a man!
