When They Held Each Other
Eighty-Four Pins is my first collection of Poetry available now! Order on www.amazon.co.uk

Standing at the platform,
Standing in the damp cold weather,
They held each other,
He slowly caressed her face,
Her skin,
It was like she was a part of him,
Something that had been missing,
All this time,
Now, they were together,
Everything was fine,
For when she held on to his arms,
She crumbled like a sandcastle,
Left lazily on a beach,
For when he held her,
She became weak,
She crumbled like a flower,
Turning towards the sun,
But when they held each other,
They became one,
