WHERE IS GOODBYE

Stuck

MY HEART SPILLED OVER ITS PAIN
TO THE DOORS OF MY MOUTH,
THEY SWANG WIDE OPEN
AS MY TONGUE WAGGLE INSIDE,
AND MY MIND RETRACED YOUR LIES.

NO ONE HAS EVER FELT SUCH HURT,
I WAS KISSED BY DECEIT,
AND SLEPT WITH THE ENEMY
OF MY SOUL,
AND ALL MY HEART KNEW,
WAS THAT IT LOVED LOVED YOU.

I TRIED TO RUN, I TRIED TO HIDE,
BUT YOU WERE BEYOND
THE LUST OF MY EYES,
RESIDING INSIDE MY HEART AND MIND,
AND I CANNOT FIND THE STRENGTH
TO EVER SAY GOODBYE.

WILFORD BARKER.
