Where Out There

I laid in the fields of dark wilderness
Drinking miseries night away
Looking to sky, a blitzing shooting star
Made a wish before it faded away.
A twinkling ball of gas grew brighter
Millions of miles away(they say)
Beaming towards my secret myth like lies
A blinding ray of sun it felt burrowed into my eyes.
I'm blind with pain
I feel insane
Staggering in wane
Somethings implanted deep within my brain.
It's looking out of me
But that's not me
I yell and scream
This has to be a dream.
Weilding my hands
It sampled the brands
With every sense on earth
Reliving life and memories of I from birth.
It laughed like a loon
Cried out in my voice to howl at the moon,
In mere seconds ripping away goes the soul
The spectral of light in my eyes, flies by in hyper drive,
I turn in mid sky to look upon
My body sprawled across the ground and then I'm gone.
Pitch blackness with very few stars litter this space
Planets passes, unfamiliar moons I set my gaze,
For hundreds of years I traveled studied abroad
Poked and prodded, Everything I know was wrong,
A brain with eyes spoke to me inside my head
It said our destinations reached this is your end,
I woke to the waste of day
Groggy confused head full of aches,
I can't explain my experience, details become hazy
I swear it's real do you think what they all do
That I'm crazy.
