White America has a new face.
It carries blue eyes,
pale skin,
slightly bolding blond hair,
and hold a refused admitted resistance to "minorities"
Dropping value depreciates with increased melanin,
as if borders separate intellect.
We are battling our significantes.
Fighting to prove statistics are based on the percentage of a whole, and the amount of that whole does matter so of course the "minority" will hold the highest crime rate. 
Reproving the necessity we hold to the country.
Treated as if this empire was White America's to begin with.

As if the thefts wasn't enough, with the roles flipped, this time you took from homes.
Rooted by dark skin.

White America speaks proudly at press conferences.
Speaks openly in interviews,
spits racists, sexist, not factual insults at presidential debates.
"They bring guns, they bring crime, they are rapist,...and I guess some are good"
Over looking the unwanted, low-end, under paid jobs used to employ the "Univision" manufactures of your clothing brand.
This Great Wall you want to build should wrap around you.
Forcing you to breath in your own insulting foolishness.

to "Celebrate our overcomes and to acknowledge our past."
While simultaneously reminding us of your capabilities.

You see this Minority of America
has carried the Majority of America.
Our backs are bruised and blistered,
but we've adjusted to the pressure.
I guess that's why they say you will never find someone who fights harder than a latino.
I guess that's why they say no one will have your back like a black woman.
I guess that's why it is written that the Israelites are the Children of God.
I guess that's why there are facts that prove we all rooted from Africa

We are still fighting for our equality.

Then why is it a question on my scholarship application?
What do our origins have anything to do with our work ethics?

Chill with your manipulated facts of
"Which race has the highest test scores?"
"Who has the lowest drop out rate?"
"Which has the highest unemployment rate?"
I mean struggle is struggle.
The skin it's rapped around as nothing to do with its significance.

No relevance to a growling stomach
Because at the end of the day whether you go to Whole Foods
Trader Joe's
or G Mama's kitchen
we all still have to eat.
