White Light

White Light

Relived
It wasn’t wished for,
It wasn’t asked, it wasn’t wanted.
It wasn’t denied.

A dream that allowed my heart to thrive.
A test that tested the limit beyond existence.
A thought that processed the moments, ever so livid.
A break of misfortune, hope, and fear.
A chance to lose love and gain more at the expense of their tears.

The magic that happens, but only to give up so much
The chance that expires by a distracted disrupting thought.
The chance that breaks all but provides so much.
The chance so selfish, never denied,
 ...never wanted...never untouched.
