White Lines

White Lines

The passage of time is nature's only crime,

The genius you see, is the lesson of grief,

To the loving and free, the cancerous thief,

Passing it by, will only make you cry,

May it never say never, may it never say die.

This passage of time, they design to keep us blind,

In the library of lies, it's love that pays the price,

If movement brings you peace, then I'll crawl upon my knees,

Across the busy street, I'll stop traffic just to meet.

The passage of time, is nature's only crime,

This genius you see, is the lesson to be,

Loving and free.
