Poem -

Why

So many ways I've disgraced myself,
They have no right to judge.
My sins are why I'll be left,
Help me not to hold a grudge.
Lost and far from hope I feel,
They hold me down and get away.
In a dark place my heart will seal,
I know why I become their prey.
Mediocrity calls for their hands,
Left to be tested for His gain.
If you take apart my heart, visible are the bands,
My soul is cleaner from standing in the rain.
Oceans are falling in this world I've created,
Desperation calling on The Most High.
The wicked shall be the ones defeated,
Listen if you will the gifts from The Most High.
If I did not sin my soul would carry more weight,
They only know what they live.
I know my soul will have chance at the gates,
This is why I am judged and want to give.
