Why is God so misunderstood
Some use God to hide there shame
Others use God to cause pain
Some use God as a sword
To cut someone to the core
Some see God as a delusion
And then go around causing confusion
Some think God doesn't understand
And think they have a better plan
Some believe he is judgmental
And point their fingers like a pencil
Keeping notes and taking a list
Of all the gossip that people spread
Some think he doesn't hear
And talk about him like went away
Some think he stayed in the grave
Some see him only as a reprimand
Some believe only they have him at their command
Some never read his truths to learn for themselves
Who God really is and understand he loves us all the same
