Willow runs in the wind

The sun will shine the birds will sing
And Willow runs in the wind
Along  the grassy fields among
The sheep and the horses
Past the trees where she is free
And when willow runs in the wind
The wind whispers in her ear
Of the fairytales of the past
And she was fast in the wind
As she went past stone walls
As Alan her ower calls her asÂ
Willow runs in the wind.

Hi Greg
There is such freedom felt within nature. I loved the connection of the spirit of willow and the wind in this beautiful poem x
Thank you GwendolineÂ
Made me smile from the moment I opened the page Greg :)
Thank you NevilleÂ
The dog and the owner live in England
I am not sure where but seems to be in the countryside
Willow looks just like one of two long tailed Rottweilers that enjoy their walks along the beach & across the moor near me :)Â
Well you never know I guess where do you live now in England
I live in West Somerset both by the coast and ExmoorÂ
That sounds like an awesome place I I think that he lives in Lancashire England I’m not really sure I think that’s where he lives
