Poem -
WINGS WITHOUT STRENGTH
There is not a day that pass
Without me thinking of you
But my heart is perplexed
I am confused of what to do
To stay, is to cry and feel the pain
To leave, my heart would remain behind
And my future would be
Dark and vain
Because without you
I am incomplete
Like the sky without its clothing
Of black, blue, or grey
Or the Voice of God being Silence
By the unrighteousness of the day
But my trust is out the window
And I am troubled on every side
My desire to leave you
Is like the strong wings of the eagle
Elevated, outstretched
And ready to soar high
But my heart you hold captive
I have wings..
But no strength to fly.
