Wink ;)

Wink ;)

And some just know...

My whole life I've been told I look familiar
I used to get offended, thinking I had an ordinary face
That I was nothing special
Now that I'm older, knowing all thatΒ I know
It's not my face that's familiar
People recognize my soul
It's old, and it's seen all sorts of life
So when someone says I look like someone they know
Now, I gaze at them, deeply
And with my third eye, wink. ~kjl

Hey Debs,

Thanks so much for your comment. Β I think many of us writers do have old souls, or so I've thought for a long time. Β I'm so glad this resonated with you! Β And that last line, you picked up exactly what was intended. Β Thanks again :) Β Kassie

Hey Cherie! Yes, me too! Sometimes it's daunting, being an empath, who is so strongly affected by energy of others, but it's also a beautiful gift. Third-eye is all-knowing..and thank you for getting it..I have to be playful with it sometimes or I'll go a little nuts ? Hope your day has been great! Kassie
