A Winter Moon

A Winter Moon

A Winter Moon

The cold moon is a pale ghost

within the wintry snow furled sky.

I see her again white as a Jasmine petal

pure and un-stainable by any sin

or transgression of time.

she saw my first love

she will see my last.

Eternity is for moons

Lifetimes are but moments.
