The winter's tea

Winter slowly gripping with blooming petals,
Morning chill n evening chill,
In between reel with sun's warm drill,
Cold fragrance in air n warm outfit doubles our thrill,...
We decided to stroll enjoying nature's grin,
Walking in the deserted streets,
Together desire for the aromatic tea, to refresh our mood with the flavour of steaming tea,
Then our hunting mission starts with fast footsteps, perspiring within our jacket's frill,
Found a vendor busy in preparing ginger tea,
Shrouded with mass demand to gulp down the hot sweet beverage in winter's chill,
Waiting in queue lost my patience n cool my warm face,
But the aroma in air holds me there, to sip.
Little lately he handed me the cup, the steam smeared all over my cool face n lips ready to lick,
Suddenly little street dog howled n rush inside the crowd with marching speed,
My heart sank with fear, cup fell down,
Fear of dog made me run with full speed,
Dogs followed me barking,
This frightened me more in lonely winter streets.
Unable to balance lost my grip fell down losing sense,
Next found myself in bed surrounded with known and unknown faces,
Hands n legs in bandage with a gripping pain,
Then the advices and sympathetic tone flowed, concluded with finding my fault,
Now i took a vow if ever i wish for tea ,then my home is the best place to enjoy the fun. See More
