When My time on earth has done.
look into the clear blue night sky.
Find a star in the heavens
that has no name.
and give it mine.

Then you will know
I am still here with you.
Never forsaking you.
You all were the brightness
in my life
shining from childhood to adults
Seeking my hand
to guide you through
the turbulent rapids of life.

When I am gone
look each night at my star
I will shine down on you always.
Twinkling like the life
that you brought to my eyes.
Until you join me
once again
in the great forever.
