With one mans gain, there's always another mans loss
Just offer a helping hand

With one mans gain,
There’s always a another mans loss,
Another mans pain,
For anothers tick in the right good box,
To answer any answers,
Where in life they’ve gained.
For the man who has lost?
nothing in their world would be any where near the same,
as their answer in the yes bad box,
Is always marked with a cross.
No money,
No life.
No kids,
No girlfriend or wife,
All they ever seem to get is a bad lot in their lifes’ path,
All they see and get is sadness and strife!
Whilst the man who’s always good luck gaining,
Just sits back,
Being cheery and laughing,
With their blinkers on,
Towards anyone who has nothing,
Just grinning and smiling.
Not a care for how,
The man at loss is feeling.
With all the money they have,
Whether inherited or through hard grafting,
If one man helps one man through their struggles in life,
Even though both are hard working,
Then at least there’d be something in place,
For the man at loss to end their relentless suffering.
To the rich money is simply paper,
So for them there’s no constant suffering.
But to the poor and needy,
Then that’s their everything,
In their world,
Even a pound serves a purpose,Â
A meaning.
In the extreme cases,
They could then buy a cheap loaf of bread and tub of butter,
To at least give to their sons or daughters,
Fathers or mothers,
Your sister or your brother.
It makes me sick,
How people sit on their money till their lifetime passes,
What use did it eventually serve?
Sitting there looking down on people from the lower classes.
I guess what I’m trying to say is,
If you know someone who is in need of help,
Lend a helping hand when in your bank your have masses ,
If it's millions we are talking,
Would you really miss 100,000,
To help someone who is in need and struggling?
On lifes thread they’re dangling,
Just getting by,
Debts constricting their wallet or purse,
Never stopping the banks strangling,
Till the day they ride in the back of a hurst,
Till the day they are 6ft deep in the earth.
Greed,
Cars,
Money,
Drink and drugs.
The ones with money often breed the worst of thugs.
Just thuggish in a different kind of way.,
Money pays for their troubles to be swept away.
The poor and sick made to suffer as the rich live the life of a constant party.
So think of the less fortunate and help,
Anytime,
Any day......

Yep! Some people have far too much money for their own good. I totally get and agree with this poem of yours, James, so 5 stars from me. (Of course, there are also rich people who DO give to and help with those in need... And I have no gripe with them) x
