Withdrawal symptoms and the bed bugs

Being withdrawn.
To withdraw.
To be as cold as ice and as hot as fire the next second.
A sudden change of mood.
Standing over the toilet basin,
Shaking all over like some bug trapped in between the sheets.
Unable to escape the grasp, the clasp,
Slowly sinking into
That same dependent cycle.
Like a child relying on it's mother for milk,
It's the bread and butter to your existence.
He said thoughts come around in circles,
But we don't talk to him anymore.
Because the cycle has been broken.
He said he has bed bugs,
I have them too.
Crawling around my skin, itching to get a taste.
Sticking it's quiet secret into my skin,
Just piercing the surface,
Enough to leave it's mark though.
A scrape against insanity,
Feeling like one's there when it's not,
It's enough to make anyone crazy.
Withdrawing from his arms,
Being lost without him,
Unable to cope with the stares, turned into
Paranoid peerings into the soul,
Like some bed bug,
Ready to take it's toll.
