Wonder what its like to write a song
when everything is right and nothing is wrong.
When people you meet greet you with a smile
even though you know all the while
up becomes down yes becomes no
when they ask you to come along
and you say you can't go.
When the sky is blue not a cloud in the air
as the wind blows gently through your hair.
When time is reaching for it's end
and you finally realize how to spend
the last moment of life but who will God send.
At the moment of truth something gose wrong
and you wonder what it's like to write a song...
