Wooden Statue Woman
sometimes I wish you were
as predictable asĀ a woodenĀ statue
but you're a woman of flesh and blood
with passions I can never controlĀ
moved by the mood ofĀ windĀ
Ā unpredictabilityĀ is yourĀ compass
and I'm learning to lie downĀ and trustĀ
your ways-- appreciateĀ who you really areĀ
enjoy theĀ ride
Ā walkĀ the path you choose to show meĀ Ā
Ā Ā let yourĀ universe unfold before meĀ
