Words are like swords.

They cut you open so clean.

Weather they are nice or mean.

The words that you utter,

can come out clean.

My words are like sugar

very sweet and rough.

They dissolve in your heart,

when they reach your tongue.

your words are very sour,

so bitter without taste.

They are like glue,

or a very dirty paste.

But the words of the lord,

can never be replaced.

"let there be light"

and it shines upon our face.

his words are like a promise,

they can never be replaced...
