The World Within Waiting To Be Discovered

Close your eyes,
Clear your mind,
Thinking and seeing are not necessary.
Instinctively the mind pictures all white,
Breathing in deep slowing the heart beat.
Seconds, minutes, hours tick by,
In this chaotic world all around you.
Unaware you hear nothing,
Nor a smell, like your not even breathing.
Aiming to distress the life,
Training the mind.
Floating towards an altered state,
Entering a world within.
I find the real me,
In the layers of consciousness.
With reality removed,
And this sense of achievement,
I could stay here forever.
This world of beauty to explore,
Minds sensory imagery such keen detail,
Ending up lost in fascination.
I no longer speak,
For words cannot describe,
An engulfing euphoric feeling.
All doors closed become open.
The mind and body,
Eyes open as one.
Inspired by and
Dedicated to
Tony Taylor
