Worry

 Rest is found when I can say I have nothing to worry about today
 I can sleep great when my mind is not worried all the time
 I know what I'm going to do today and u can bank on what I say
 I am going to move ahead and if only by a shred
 I want tomorrow to be better, and I am not a quitter
 I want to believe in another soul, but that is memory from long ago
 I have learned on who to count, That would be God without a doubt
 I wish it were not this way, but here we are another day
 I can make it I know we're to look, That would be up and on my knees 
 The strength I will have will not be mine, I can make it just one more time
