Wounds

Wounds

Blood dots the skyĀ
Like distant constellationsĀ
Fading into the darknessĀ
Until the pain is no longer visibleĀ
The trails trickle to the groundĀ
Seeping into the flower beds
Painting in the rosesĀ
Like the queen's cards
Poisoning the EarthĀ
Turning it into something agonizing underneathĀ
Nourishing the soilĀ
To give birth to lifeĀ
Pain into growthĀ
For that I have appreciationĀ
My pain did something goodĀ
For the sake of natureĀ
Without pain there can be no blooms
As for myselfĀ
I would like to keep my wounds and IĀ
Alone in the stars
