Wounds

Wounds

Blood dots the sky
Like distant constellations
Fading into the darkness
Until the pain is no longer visible
The trails trickle to the ground
Seeping into the flower beds
Painting in the roses
Like the queen's cards
Poisoning the Earth
Turning it into something agonizing underneath
Nourishing the soil
To give birth to life
Pain into growth
For that I have appreciation
My pain did something good
For the sake of nature
Without pain there can be no blooms
As for myself
I would like to keep my wounds and I
Alone in the stars
