It’s that time of year again, when everything is white,

Frost kissed trees, glass topped puddles, it really is a sight.

You better wrap up warm and cosy, before venturing outdoors,

With gloves, a scarf and even a hat, you wish to wear much more.

But what I really love about, this magic time of year,

Is the smile on all the children’s faces, when Christmas time is near.

The parents say he’s watching, they promise to be good,

Well behaved little boys and girls, keep out the naughty book.

The letters are written, then posted far away,

So Santa knows the types of toys, to pack into his sleigh.

The reindeers are ready, Rudolph leads the pack,

Santa Claus is dressed in red, with his famous sack.

Christmas magic is real, so kids will never fear,

It’s good to get excited, and spread our festive cheer.

The one time of the year, let everyone rejoice,

A gift of love to everyone, it’s an easy choice.
