Yet to be Serene

Yet to be Serene

Meaning is life's great mystery but no scholar has the answer, love the drug we beg for but we live ever so lonely, wine the taste we long to indulge but we are only given a piddling well, the foolish children curse the privileges they are given and the penniless man weeps only for simple forgiveness both hearts the same as all, yearning for that something that owns no name but happy will they never be until it calls out their name

The blind men walk in trims throughout the city letting their sorrow swell inside them for they fear the simplest of change when that's what they long to see the most and the women hide their faces in potent shame of their dark scaled demons that always try to creep away

Dawns they come foggy and dewy and afternoons they come dark and dreary, everyday passes on like the last without a single difference in the way we live and every unique thought held captive in the sound of unheard breaths

So now its time that the breaths are heard and may you hear the words of mine; All our hearts are yearning, seeking for the same things, there seeking for a change to find a way to place life's arrow back in range but yet the people continue on! How do you expect the rain to fall if it does not first rise? How must the king be born if the peasant does not reach for the skies? How must the dead of winter be melted by the summer's scorching sun if it does not reign down upon it? And how must the men, women, and children of this world leave their name in history if they do not have the courage to triumph over what they think is beyond their capacity but is not even compared to their ability?

If you are not willing to change the way you live then let the meaning be not your purpose, let love be your cure and not your poison, and may you live eternally grateful and share a glass of wine with the penniless man and let water from the well content you.

Most people like to complain about how unfair life is and their right its not, but what aggravates me the most is when they complain and don't do anything to try to change it. So if you're not willing to change the way you live than be content with what your willing to keep.
