YIN AND YANG

Every person globally gets happiness and strife
These are simply known as the facts of life 
One moment you are up then you are down
Seeing bright blue is soon followed by dark brown 

Take the rough with the smooth is my advice 
If you are getting nasty I guarantee you'll get nice
Silence around is soon disturbed by a bang 
The Chinese call it eloquently Yin and Yang 

Make sure the good times outweigh the bad
