Yon moonlit romances

Midst daydreaming she dances on yon moonlit romances her lost lover is ere by her side
Yet thy grass lies greener twixt rotten graves that once was cleaner is surely where his body does bide
Tho this fair maiden mourns for his demise he holds her hand so tenderly to thy tune of Edelweiss

Swirling, twirling her long white locks spiral thru shimmering shadows
His tall slender silhouette leads her on thru primrose meadows
She is in a state of sheer ecstacy underneath thy twinkling stars spinning sensationally tween’ bygone memoirs
Such a beautiful belle in betwixt her mind’s eye tho her reflection below amidst thy scattered sodden earth does not lie

When hath thy present passed her by as a solitary soul hears her woeful cry
Sadness streams from her tear stained face as she falls in a heap all alone in disgrace
“Oh my lover where can ye be ?” she whispers thru wilderness, aghast uncertainty
Whilst a blowing breeze answers her plea “Oh sweet maiden thy lover’s body lies with thee”
