You
You made me walk into the light only to find darkness.
You taught me to laugh only to teach me what tear is.
You brightened up my day only to show me the gray.
You embraced me only to fracture my heart.
You loved me only to break me.
You showed me dreams to give me nightmares.
I was fine the way I was until you entered my life.
You think I am a kid, but don’t you know kids love is pure and eternal?
You misused the beautiful word LOVE…
