Whilst she used curling tongs on yours tho you’ve not got a-lot

Coz you’ve been to the hairdressers to get yours cut short

But you changed your mind at last minute so it’s mid length of a sort

Your friend is a pro with her hairdressing know-how

So you trust her completely to make your style ‘Wow’

Handbags are in the center thrown on the dance floor

You and your pal have met loads of chums more

All of you are dancing giving it your all

In your local Saturday night disco hall

The music is belting out of the beating box

And the sweats dripping off of you soaking your socks

But that doesn’t matter coz they are under your boots

As two lads stand infront of you both wearing blue suits

So without saying a word you are dancing with a lad

Whilst your best friend is bopping with the other, he is uglier than yours so you are feeling glad

Well the dancing is over it’s time to walk home

So you and your friend leaves the discotheque dome

You link your mates arm as you march up the street

 As you are both disgussing the lads who were kinda handsome and sweet

After the first dance you were with them all night

Coz they bought you your drinks and treated you right

So you and your best friend has had a brilliant blast

Isn’t it’a shame it is hometime you wish it would last
