Poem -

You must walk alone to find your soul

There were moments -
I never thought I'd find her whole again
Her shattered soul laid broken on the floor.
The pieces too jagged to pick up ...

I almost just left her there to die.

But quitting isn't an option when there are two. She struggled more then you may know forgetting a past and moving onto the future

One she never wanted anyway

Putting something back together isn't always harder then walking away ....
I'm not sure the pieces went back the same or that there aren't some still missing ...

but then, one day ...

there she was staring wildly back at me in my reflection.
I took a deep breath and I smiled at her.
It's nice to see you again my friend -

even better with that wild fire back in your eyes
