YOUR CHOICE

YOUR CHOICE

We al lhave things to do, albeit may be frowned upon,
what did you do that was so good, itinerant and gone;
I acted some good ones, didn't have to take any pills,
as John Braine said - he avoided working in the 'mills.'

Don't get me wrong, I admire all of your good expertise,
you have your life, I have mine, keep it that way please;
I had experience in a ball bearing factory - goodness -
but my balls were intact, after that I couldn't care less!

In fact, the working with professional people was a lift,
and he doesn't even talk like us - that was surely a gift!
Even some of us like Scheffler make wrong decisions,
it's up to us if we seem to choose strangeĀ  directions.

I treat your comments with some pronounced incredulity,
every time I hear you say that it was your choice - see!Ā
