Life seems to have burned a hole
In your seemingly once forgotten soul
 
You have not forgotten your dreams
But they vanish sometime it seems
 
Though your only flesh and bone
You have to face this world alone
 
You feel that you’ve fallen from grace
That took the smile right from your face
 
You let your hopes fly to the wind
Along with the love you meant to send
 
The road is forever long and the sea is vast
Hope will forget your misgivings at last
 
Drowning in your tears that collect in a pool
You know that you’re anything but a living fool
 
Let the rains wash away all your tears of sorrow
There’s new hope on the horizon tomorrow
 
You want to journey endlessly to the stars
Wish you had a pair wings upon your new car
 
You want to take the bull by the horns
You are so tired of being tattered and torn
 
A new destination awaits you beyond your door
To a place your heart has never been before
 
Love awaits you at heavens turnstile
Have your problems beat by a country mile
 
Say good bye to all of those lost years
We will forever cage your unjustified fears
 
Raise your glass to happiness and upcoming bliss
Because not a single moment will you want to miss
 
Your hopes and dreams lie on the ocean mist
