death of the sun
overcast dark clouds tinged with gray
dark mornings cold and unforgiving
yule is upon us
fires burning with impunity
dark faces huddled closely by each other
filled with love and community
winds howling passed the thin windows
ratteling
shaking
screeching
we come together for the sun king
reborn to die again
love and peace shall fill our world
