BESS’S SHIRT

Bess is a young girl. Her mum wants to take her old item away. When Bess was one years old she won this item, when she went to the Easter Show and knocked down cups. She never leaves it out of her sight.

Bess doesn't know why her mum wants to take her big, pink item away. Her mum said, “I want to throw it away because, it has food stains, dirt smudges, vomit stains on the collar and it's ripped with holes in the sleeves.“No mum that’s how I like it stop being mean. ” said Bess.

Mum hid the item in the bin, but Bess found it at the top of the bin. Mum tried to give it away, but but before mum gave it to the man the man Bess off her. Bess’s mum tried to buy Bess a new one, but Bess said “NO.” She hid it in the basement, but Bess found it an old box. Bess thought her mum is not a good hider, “I found them easily.’’ Said Bess.

Bess had her item with her, when she was playing with the dog. But she threw it and the dog took it. Bess was crying she chased the dog everywhere. Then Bess got it  but it fell to bits, then she asked her mum for a new one and she got it. The new one was so nice it did not have holes in the sleeves and no vomit stains on the collar. “Its perfect’’ said Bess. “The new one smells so nice like flowers” said Bess.
