" DID I DO THAT?"

A guy broke into a grocery store and stole a bunch of cigarettes to supply his drug habit. Before he made it home he realized that he didn't have his cell phone on him, so fearing he would get caught he went back to the grocery store to retrieve his phone. While he was in the store looking for his phone the police showed up and took him to jail. When he called his girlfriend from the jail and told her what he had done she asked " Why did you go back?"and he said " I dropped my phone and went back to go get it." She took a pause and said " You dummy your phone is with me you left it with me before you left the house."
