Diwali

Wishing everyone that is celebrating tomorrow a Happy Diwali for Saturday and a Happy New Year for Sunday!
We will still enjoy the foods and speak to our family and friends through all the channels that are available to us as we celebrate during lockdown number 2 in the UK.

"follow the lights HOME"
My diwali poetry art quote for the day.

It was a very dark night and knowing they were on their way home after being away for 14 years and defeating the evil Ravan in the process, the people of the city lit their little diva lamps and lay them in the streets so that the whole city lit up.
As Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshman travelled in the dark, they could see the lights coming from the city, lighting the path for them in the darkness so they could ultimately get home into the light.

Enjoy

Hi Cleo. Thank you for reading. Yes lots of little lights!! A time when electricity was not invented. When people lived simply. I do wonder how it looked for real. PxπŸ’œ
